處理方法:九十+專利Solkiln日曬法——房屋裡通過特殊設備控制溫度、濕度而延長乾燥時間,把口味提升但同時保持水洗般的乾淨。
風味:入口有明顯的果汁口感,富有強烈的熱帶水果味道,也有鳳梨酥餅的味道,回味持久。

The Sillvia name comes from Silla de Pando, named for a mountain peak near Ninety PlusGesha Estates in Volcán, Panama. We reference our neighboring mountain with the word “via” meaning “by means of.” Sillvia  coffee differs from Lotus in that a more dramatic degree of in-fruit fermentation is acheived prior to drying, deepening the cherry and spice characteristics of the Taste Profile. These selections are prepared and hyper controlled in tiny 5 kg batches.
